Built in the entertaining wing of this sprawling private Waroona Estate the swimming pool is built with a high raised spa, full-length sun ledge for seating and three entry points. The pool/spa is finished with custom-made imported mosaic tiles and a full stainless steel wet deck edge. The pools equipment and balance tank are fitted to below pool level in a custom designed pool house. The pool is powered by Viron Technology via wifi and remote control with the pool heated by an electric heat pump and the spa heated via a gas heater
